I applied online, less than a week later the replay me with: "Your application captured our interest!" and two days after I confirmed my interest the replay said "We think you might have “the right stuff” for the position" and asking for a Skype interview. The interview process was informal with a lot of expected questions like "tell me about yourself", "what do you know about us", "the hardest problem you ever solved" and so on. then the interviewer ask me about ideas to improve their department.
