I went through a tedious interview process where I had to complete an assessment-like task and bring it to the interview and explain it.
While the interview itself wasn’t bad, their attitude thereafter was strange. I had asked for a start date 1 month from accepting the position, but the were adamant on starting ASAP. I had cited family medical reasons which was reasonable. One of the cofounders started getting passively frustrated with me and wanted me to “meet in the middle” - which I did. His attitude was already poor before I even started. I accepted the start date but then retracted my application before I started due to another job opportunity. 3 months later they emailed me again and said they were impressed with my interview back then and asked if I was still interested. Lmfao.

Video interview with dev team leader for 30 minutes. Going through experience, introductions, questions, and about the interview process. Didn't get any notice about passing / failing for next interview stage.

Submitted a video followed by video interview later on. Was done by one of the owners who was very unprofessional. Just wanted free consulting work asking how to improve one funnel on their site. Then went through another funnel. Didn't even introduce himself properly, what the job entailed etc. This was a huge red flag. Wouldn't have the decency to update me after 2 follow up emails.
