Summary

The Canada Payroll Processor will be responsible for providing payroll services support to our client base. This is a fast-paced environment with emphasis on personal initiative. Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

• Processes payrolls using Workday

• Generates on-demand payments as requested

• Enters and maintains employee master file records

• Assists with new client implementations as needed

• Maintains payroll services support documentation

• Assist with special projects as needed

• Log activity into Cthe lient Manager ticketing system

• Provides outstanding payroll services support

Qualifications and Experience

• High School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred

• 1 year of Payroll Clerk experience

• 2-5 years of payroll experience using common industry software

• FPC required before or within 6 months of hire

• Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of payroll and payroll processing is preferred

• Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce programs

• associate's degree or higher preferred
