We’re looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer, Real Estate Finance to:
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for both client-side and server-side components, ensuring performance and scalability. Design and develop Web 2.0 applications using modern full-stack technologies. Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration across internal and external systems. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization; participate in peer code reviews to uphold coding standards.
- Lead efforts to migrate on-premises applications to improve scalability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features aligned with business goals. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code build-up, improve code quality, and optimize development workflows.
- Design and implement complex CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to support automated testing and direct deployments, bypassing legacy UBS Deploy processes. Integrate static code analysis tools into the pipeline to enforce security and compliance standards.
- Implement rigorous secure coding practices for static code analysis; perform vulnerability scanning and patching to mitigate cyber risks and ensure system integrity. Proactively manage software dependencies by identifying and replacing end-of-life libraries, applying security updates, and enforcing compliance to reduce operational risk.
- Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $168,000 to $202,000 /year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification.
