I have been working at Aspen Contracting full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great commission structure, a CEO I believe in, and great health insurance and 401k. Plus, top performers (people who just do their job as described) get to go on a fully-paid company trip every year.

    Cons

Working all the time during the summer, but you can have the winters off.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, Pat! But be careful to not let GM’s or their reps sell dumb projects that we can’t do or lose money on.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aspen Contracting.

    Interview

Phone screen then in person with the team. It was an excellent conversation, they made me feel like we were collaborating and getting to know each other. They really look for culture fit as much as anything else and made me feel right at home! The office is really nice too, and the space for the selected candidate was wonderful.

I was offered the position but through a myriad of things I had to decline, no fault of theirs. In fact I told them to think of me in the future if a similar opportunity arises and I hope to keep in touch with the manager regardless.
