    Pros

Great team! Willing to train you to be a money making machine. When you are working a storm, the sky is the limit, it rains (hail) Money. If you are a go getter and dont want anyone looking over your shoulder learn how to sell a roof and change your world. Good Benefits.

    Cons

If you think the money will just walk up to you and slap you in the face you should just stay at McDonalds. Long days. Must not be afraid of heights. Need to set up and take down ladders. Walk around roofs to do inspections.

Our NHQ team participated in the Great American Smokeout, a day created by the American Cancer Society to encourage Americans to kick the habit once and for all. Our team members took walk breaks instead of smoke breaks to support healthy habits. We caught up with two members of our Accounting team, who have been smoke-free for a combined total of 6 years!
