At Big Dog Ranch we believe that when each dog enters the property they are only “half-way home.” Our mission is to be the leader in the national dog welfare movement, through compassionate, innovative rescue practices, transformative educational programs, while enriching the lives of everyone we serve.
Our goal is to provide a loving, transitional home for dogs of all breeds while preparing them for their forever family.

Big Dog Ranch Rescue is the largest cage-free, no-kill dog rescue in the U.S. Founded in 2008, we have saved over 43,000 innocent lives. We are well on our way to our goal is to save 5,000 lives per year . Located in Palm Beach county we serve all of South Florida, as well as the rural shelters all over Florida, Georgia, and North and South Carolina.
