To the CEO...treat employees with respect and don't ever be better than them.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conferenceplus in March 2010.
Was an internal posting for a new position. Spent most of my time listening to the VP of Sales preach and lecture. The VP of Sales is simply too old school, very much into a deep command chain, versus a flatter leadership structure. Interviewer didn't even read my resume or cover letter. He let it slip during the interview that they had already decided who would get the position, and they were going through the motions.
