CoreTrans, LLC based in Somerset, KY was founded in 2002 by Brian Whitaker, making him the 3rd generation in the family with transportation experience. Since 2002, CoreTrans has grown from 25 trucks to over 150 trucks, 300 - 53’ dry van trailers, and a driver fleet of 200 drivers. Our trucks and trailers are equipped with state of the art aerodynamics and satellite-based mobile communication systems which allow us to track and monitor all vehicles on a 24-hour basis.
CoreTrans management staff has over 100 years combined experience in the transportation industry and believes that in today’s business environment, there is no room for error or broken promises. Time is money and every manufacturer of goods or provider of services knows that their supply chain management is the key to their success. The mission of CoreTrans is to provide safe, on-time delivery of customer freight at a competitive rate with the most efficient and responsive customer service in the industry. Every CoreTrans employee knows how important that our company’s on-time delivery is to each customer.
