It's been said time and time again, the dogs truly run the Data Innovations office. Headquartered in Burlington, VT, the Data Innovations office is a place employees and customers know for the playful dog-friendly atmosphere. We also often get visits from our remote friends over video calls.

I applied online. I interviewed at Data Innovations.
Began the process with an HR phone screen, which was a positive experience. HR scheduled an in-person interview with the manager of the Support team followed by a panel interview of Support Engineer team-leads-- all of whom were engaging and friendly. A 1:1 interview with the Director of Support was scheduled for the following day and after meeting with her, I was informed the decision would be reached on Monday and they would be letting me know.
And then radio silence.
Did not return emails or phone calls until two and a half weeks later when I was informed they would not be extending an offer of employment.
Miffed? I suppose. Being no stranger to the hiring process, I understand it's exactly that- a process, but the ghosting was unnecessary.
