I worked at First Command Financial Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Probably the best possible company I could have worked with after my 20 year Air Force career. 19 great years and First Command absolutely made possible my comfortable and early retirement.

    Cons

I could never think of any cons they are an awesome company that serves it's clients extremely well.

    Advice to Management

Recruit more quality advisors and get them going the way you've always done.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at First Command Financial Services (Dallas, TX) in April 2017.

    Interview

I applied online and few days later, I received the email to ask me to give them a call to see whether we look at the same things. I called and they told me that my english is not as fluent as native, this job requires long time discuss with clients via phones, so they can not process the interview.
