I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at In-Shape Health Clubs (San Francisco, CA) in September 2015.
It was a super short phone interview, the recruiter seemed to have no patience but just wanted to wrap it up. The questions later on became more professional but the first several questions were leading to a negative impression on purpose. And some questions are obvious stupid if that person ever had a look of my resume. I was not impressed about the recruiter's ability of asking the "right" questions
