Very good company policies and compensation packages offered are excellent. Employee retention is also very good. There is a huge learning curve in the field of RFID and new processes keep evolving.
On the downside things are a little slow where is comes to addressing pending issues and some times it might take months to process paper work. But on the whole they are a very structured company and I would definitely give an over all positive review and above mentioned were only a minor flaw.

You are the best company I ever worked with. I wish you have better training programs to leverage the skills of your employees with the ever growing demands of the clients and evolving softwares.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at InSync Software Inc. (San Jose, CA).
The whole process from interview to hire took one week. I was very impressed with InSync's hiring process. They know what they want and they're not afraid to move quickly. I spoke to the two cofounders, current office manager, and the human resources VP from the parent company (Orbcomm). The whole time I was waiting for my offer letter, I had great followup and communication from the company letting me know where they were in the process.
