I have been working at Insulectro full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Amazing culture with owners who truly care about you personally. Family owned company who makes everyone in the office feel apart of their family. I have had great managers who have helped me grow and succeed in my career. The company truly cares about your growth, happiness, and success not just at work but in your everyday life as well. The medical benefits are fantastic and they put together a lot of work functions and celebrations for the staff.

    Cons

Company holidays are less than previous employers I have had.

    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Insulectro.

    Interview

3 phone interviews and 2 face-to-face interviews. All very pleasant. Although I thought is was peculiar when my hiring manager did not have any questions for me during our actual face-to-face. I thought I either blew it, or nailed it. Left me thinking he was pretty presumptuous. I got the job.

    Negotiation

Just compare to what other jobs are paying, and ask for that. I don't think there's a lot of competition.
