Growth. For both the company and as a professional, growth is the key.
The company is growing and they know it. Every facet of the business is focused on managed growth, with marketing, sales and support services all getting augmented, via process, hiring and additional tools. New clients, new marketing channels, new ideas abound.
Upper management focuses on have the right people in the correct seat for the journey and the benefits are beginning to show. The company culture is beginning to fall into focus, with books and personal growth books and tools liberally shared.
On the personal side, your job is only the starting point. If you perform for the job you want, not the one that you have, soon, it will be yours. Grit, accountability, member-centric thinking, efficiency and result-driven sum up the recipe for success, and success is rewarded.
Not much to say on the con side. Perhaps, how long will these four walls contain us?
