Pros
The company handles communication well, and prioritizes transparency from the top down. All employees know the others and there is an emphasis on ensuring no individual is left out from meetings, communication, opportunities. Work-life balance is great, with the ability to work hybrid schedule, and emphasis on family life from the upper management (executive level leaders include their families in events and are all welcoming to employees' families).
Cons
Since the company is small, growth opportunities lack.
