a very conservative organization, MNC but not act as MNC in terms of culture, salary and process

Be Open to employees in terms of what you really required from them
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Numeric Power Systems (Hyderabad (India)) in April 2015.
The interview was very generic, they asked basic questions. The interviewer was not interested in genuinely getting to know the details.The interviewer was one of the employees, there was no HR round. The questions were not intended in getting to know the personality of the interviewed.there were only two rounds and was selected in just two days
