How is diversity at OpenView?
...so 401k plan (no match?), low pay compared to colleagues in the industry, no opportunity to coinvest or profit sharing (unless your high up in corporate the ladder), little transparency around career trajectory/opportunities to advance in your career, minimal diversity, typical "VC culture" i.e. cliquey, work life balance not great (expected to be always "on" makes it tough to take your "unlimited" vacation), seemingly inexperienced management, bad vibes from CEO (seemed more interested in $ than his employees needs, or his employees at all), generally appeared to be a lot of turnover for reasons that felt shady and unclear....Read More
