I have been working at Packet Design full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some people dread Mondays, but we here at Packet Design can't wait to get to work and do what we do best. Not only are all employees carefully handpicked to ensure consistent company culture; our product development and road map is even more carefully designed to keep our current customers happy as well as keep up with the industry's demands. Executive Team encourages open communication and transparency and is very supportive of work/life balance. No doubt you will work hard but you will be awarded every step of the way.

    Cons

It would be great to provide employees with some "health activity" benefits. Gym membership or access to a gym facility. (There is not a facility on site.)

    Advice to Management

How about a ping pong table?

    Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Packet Design (Palo Alto, CA).

    Interview

Its a rigorous interview with multiple rounds (only technical).
I had 6 rounds where almost all of their senior guys asked datastructure/puzzle questions. Since they are into networking, most of the questions were graph related

    Interview Questions

    • mainly tree, graph and sorting questions from data structures, puzzles like water filling in bucket, C++ inheritance, linux commands   Answer Question
