Mission RKS moves the human race forward through emotionally resonant design and innovations that improve lives and create a sustainable future.
Description RKS has been on the cutting edge of Human-Centered design since its beginnings in 1980. We use our design-thinking methodology, Psycho-Aesthetics to build emotionally resonant and empathetic user experiences. We work with a diverse set of global clients and help them create iconic designs, user experiences, and innovations that win new markets and set industry standards. We also commit to select pro-bono work to help other communities succeed in their missions, which includes teaching and sharing our Human-Centered methodology to undergraduate and graduate students at universities around the country.
We succeed by staying focused on how our designs and solutions increase quality of life and improve business outcomes.
RKS is a highly collaborative and creative environment. We work on all projects as a tight-knit team, drawing on each other's strengths, capabilities, and good humor. As an innovation firm, we also work to apply innovative work solutions, and collaborate together and with our clients in a hybrid/remote environment.
