MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide exceptional, comprehensive teen treatment with a significant emphasis on the family. We utilize the strengths of our team to help clients heal, strengthen relationships, and develop independence.
PHILOSOPHY & VISION
Every adolescent is valued: We give care and attention to every child in need, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status. The well-being of the child comes first. Whether in partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient, the health and wellness of each adolescent is paramount.
Every family is important: Regardless of background, parents who come to ROWI have one thing in common: they love their children. We value every family who walks through our doors, and believe they are part of the solution, not the problem.
Our community is important to our success: Without our strong network of referrals from the mental health community, we wouldn’t exist. These include therapists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, school counselors, treatment centers, and families of our program graduates. ROWI is proud to be an integral part of the community, teaming up with schools and non-profit organizations to support events, fundraisers, and more.

Founded in 2017, ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers was created to address the growing need for child and adolescent mental health treatment. Since then, ROWI has expanded to 18 locations (and growing) across California, making us the largest provider of adolescent mental healthcare in the state.
ROWI is the culmination of years of experience working with thousands of families through both challenges and triumphs. We offer individualized, evidence-based, and holistic care for kids and teens (ages 8-17), recognizing that when young people struggle, their families do too. That’s why our approach integrates parents as a vital part of the treatment process.
