At RackWare, interns matter. Before I joined the company I did checkout Glass Door and saw the negative reviews but my experience has been nothing but positive.
* Well Organized - equipment and accounts were ready to go on day one, was able to get a lot done via self-service.
* Great Group of People - Everyone was helpful and no one was above helping.

Career Opportunities - If you want to learn all about the different clouds, this is the company to work for. Their product is cloud agnostic and they support all the major cloud vendors which means that you will learn the ins and outs of each of those vendors including their architecture and ways of doing things.
Compensation and Benefits - Benefits could be better but in line for small companies.
Work/Life Balance - this is one of the great benefits of this company, everyone goes home at 6, on-call support rotation is usually a weekend every three months. Honestly, pretty gravy.
Senior Management - they all have good experience under their belts and good vision for the product. Management was also very flexible from day one.
On my very first day I had a medical emergency and had to continues looking after my health for a few weeks after that, management had no issues and were very accommodating.
Culture and Values - The company has a great culture, always celebrating achievements of the company or of individuals.
Benefits - As you may expect, small business don't have as much bargaining power as big behemoths do so it's expected that the benefits are also not as good.
To get a decent health plan for a family of 5, expect to pay around $1k pre-tax, out of pocket.
I gave RackWare a 4 star rating on compensation and benefits because I feel that costly healthcare is a national problem and there isn't much a small company can do to fix it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RackWare (Pune (India)) in September 2017.
I was shortlisted for the QA post first on the basis of aggregate. They saw my performance in the QA aptitude test and then they shortlisted me for the C++ Developer post. Then there was a aptitude which lasted for 1.5 hours,it had questions on Software Engineering, mathematical aptitude, Data Structures and Algorithms, C,C++ which was followed by programming questions that were quite easy. Then we were shortlisted for the further interview process which took place in the company premises. The first round there had a written coding test which had codes on Linked Lists,Arrays,Strings,Trees, File handling in C/C++. After this the actual f-2-f interviews took place.
1st was technical where they tested our Computer Fundamentals(Networking and OS), Data Structures, general logical programming problems. Though the duration of this round was 60 minutes but it quite easy to crack.
2nd(Final) round was HR+Technical which was mainly based on Introduction, projects and behavioral questions.The duration of this round was 30 minutes.
They expect us to know the whatever we have written the resume, so put the content in your resume carefully. The overall process is very straightforward and easy just focus on the computer fundamentals, basic programming and Data Structures.
