I have been working at Radyne full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Coming from a smaller company with very limited opportunities, I see plenty of room to grow upward through the ranks, plenty of interesting and fun stuff to work on. If you're really good at your job, you'll be recognized. Many managers are good at encouraging success.

    Cons

A little rough around the edges culturally. Feels frenetic at times.
