We’re a friendly bunch, based in Warrington and began life as part of a much larger occupational health and wellbeing business, servicing over a million employees. We acknowledged an industry-wide failure to address a real problem with the status quo of outdated wellbeing initiatives. Sales teams were being offered the same old, untargeted wellness programmes despite facing unique challenges no other departments faced.
So, a group of outstanding individuals from that business broke-away to reinvent mental health and productivity tools for salespeople, and founded Raiys.
