Each day, nearly 500 individuals are served across Ohio at Family Resource Center's locations in Findlay, Lima, Sidney, Kenton, St. Marys, and Wapakoneta, along with our community-based services in Troy. Our expert team of Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, Licensed Counselors, Therapists, Nurses, and medical staff work with clients as they navigate the unique systems of care of each community. Offering specialized treatment plans customized for each unique client, Family Resource Center professionals engage individuals and families in methodologies such as group therapy, outpatient therapy, telehealth, medication-assisted treatment, and many more as they work toward recovery. For those clients requiring more intensive services, our Steady Path Stabilization Center offers a safe place for clients to stabilize following a crisis. As an organization focused on improving the mental wellness of the communities we serve, we recognize and acknowledge the unique challenges that come with this field. Our Staff Self-Care Committee was established to normalize self-care and works actively to encourage our team members to take care of themselves. By providing educational opportunities, access to peer support, and other interventions like on-site chair massages, yoga sessions, access to therapists, and more, we encourage our team to prioritize their own mental health as well as that of the clients we serve.
