    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Ruler Foods (Merrillville, IN) in May 2016.

    Interview

It was very casual. I met with the HR recruiter, who when starting his career with Ruler, was an assistant manager. He was very knowledgeable. We talked about the position, and due to my current position, he was aware of my experience. For the most part it was more casual than a "by-the-book" interview.
