After nine years of exponential growth, HCI Equity Partners, a Washington, D.C based private equity firm, invests in SDS, providing capital for continued organic growth and growth by acquisition.
2020
SDS acquires Medical Delivery Services (MDS), based in Tampa, FL, specialists in the transportation of radioactive pharmaceuticals.
2021
SDS acquires Mission Critical expanding its footprint in the south and Midwest regions of the U.S.
