I have been with ScienceLogic for a about 2 years and have never once paused to reconsider my decision to join the team. Of course there are challenges - particularly in a high growth company like ours - but that is why I chose ScienceLogic! The Exec Team, led by CEO Dave Link, is top notch - empowering those on their teams to achieve meaningful results. The Company has expanded its Reston, VA HQs space and added a high performing development in MN - just a couple of pieces of evidence that we are serious about the present and future success of the business. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ScienceLogic (Herndon, VA) in October 2017.
Started with a phone screen. Then there was the in-person interview. They neglected to say that the manager doing the hiring was not present. Then two days later they set up a meeting with the manager. The manager was hostile and didn't want to talk to me. It lasted less than 15 minutes. It should have ended there if he had someone else in mind. It went on for another week with them not answering emails before they finally said no.
