We strive to make sure every SBer feels inspired to go above and beyond for our customers every day. Which is why we wanted to do something special to celebrate. Recently, 750 of our people got together for the first ever SB Fest and our annual SB Awards – a celebration of all we’ve achieved so far in 2023. Teams from all over the world (including from our Boston, Atlanta, Northampton, and Poland hubs) came together in London for a day of fun, food, and fairground rides. After an inspirational talk from Dame Denise Lewis DBE, we got to recognise the teams and individuals who inspire and innovate us all at the SB Awards. We want to say a huge congratulations to all our winners and nominees – we can’t thank you enough for all you do at SB. And we couldn’t spend a day recognising what makes Simply Business so special without including our customers. Thanks to all our customers who came down to share their businesses with us – meeting you was a great reminder of why we do what we do. Pros
Great company culture which focuses on ensuring it's employees are healthy, happy and enjoying what they do. Interesting work, lots of new challenges and plenty of opportunities to innovate. Lots of companies say they put the individuals first and want their employees to be happy but Simply Business actually means it and follows through on those promises. In my 25 years working for various companies, I have never worked for a company that felt like it put me first. I would recommend Simply Business to anyone seeking an exciting opportunity to innovate with a company that respects your work life balance.
Cons
The only thing that I think Simply Business could do better is with their Pension contributions. They currently match employee contributions up to 5% which isn't great for someone at my age. My previous two roles matched up to 10%. That makes a huge difference to your pension.

Interview process was concise and detailed at every step. It involved a screening call. Followed by a further call with the hiring manager to discuss my experience and skills.
