Diverse full-life cycle recruiting for position up to C-level in both corporate and staffing agency environments spanning early stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in High-Tech across various functional organizations in Sales, IT, and R&D.
The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at eDynamic (New York, NY) in August 2008.
It started with a call from HR followed by 2 technical discussions, 1 case study and the final interview with the senior leaders. The interview process was detailed. Questions were around technology, project management and behavioral aspects.
The interviewers were seasoned professionals and were forthcoming when I put them questions.
