    Pros

    There are none. Absolutely none.

    Cons

These guys called me on 3 separate occasions for a big role, had me talk to a number of their most senior people and never got back to me on the status of my candidacy. They did this on 3 separate occasions. Another example of an aggressive company with no regard for how they appear to candidates or to the technology community. Stay away, there are better jobs and companies

    Advice to Management

Wake up and get smart and stop treating people like garbage.

I worked at eDynamic full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are good clients with big names, but little else to keep employees in NYC or clients anywhere long term.

    Cons

Leadership does not treat employees with respect. This is especially true for women who are not treated as equal and never stay long as result. There is tremendous turnover and an inability to keep employees. Micromanagement rules in the NY office along with the expectation that you will work overtime to accommodate imposed changes and demands. There are good clients however the company functions by over-charging and under-delivering. There is no understanding of process or how to deliver good work, in a timely fashion and keep clients. Lastly, the office conditions in NYC are miserable- noisy and uncomfortable. Client visits are discouraged, and employees will often work from home to avoid coming in. The NY office is a mere shell front for this Indian-owned and operated company.

    Advice to Management

Leadership should turn the reins over to someone who knows how to run a company, manage people, and grow a client base.

I worked at eDynamic full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good for freshers and someone who wants to move into Sitecore. As working for long hours with out any technical help will make person learn and deliver. This experience will help in getting opportunity in good company which has better work policy, pays well and understand employee

    Cons

Company without any thought process, still exist because of hype created as Sitecore partner. Will perish soon as client now understand no-technical strength of the organisation. No help from management who are busy trying to save their job as there is nothing they can contribute. Seniors in this company are dragging themselves as they are not fit enough to fit in any good organisation.
Salary is something which you will get never on time and just forget about appraisal.

    Advice to Management

No advice for people who do not understand management and always making fool of themselves

I have been working at eDynamic full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you're truly into technology and it drives you, edynamic is one of those companies where you'll feel right at home.
Almost all projects use the latest stacks available in the market.
    Pays great as well..
Most relaxed policies of all, has flexibility in working hours.
Not a mandate to sit in office just to complete your punch-in hours.
Work is what is important no matter from where you are doing.
Great culture, ample opportunities to broaden your horizons, learn and grow.
If you have talent, sky is the limit for you to reach, flat hierarchy , openness is blessing .

    Cons

Company is not good for people who look only for comfort.
Projects are very aggressively driven and agile, those who can’t take ownership, don't fit here.
