Description Delta Apparel has been there, done that, and made the T-shirt. The company manufactures knitted cotton and polyester/cotton T-shirts, tank tops, and sweatshirts primarily for the screen-printing industry. Delta Apparel sells its casual and athletic tops and caps nationwide to distributors, screen printers, sporting goods stores, mass merchants, traditional and upscale department stores, college bookstores, the US military, and online. The company's garments are finished at facilities in the US (specifically North Carolina), Mexico, El Salvador, and Honduras. In 2009 it entered the hat business by acquiring Gekko Brands and custom apparel design by purchasing Art Gun Technologies.
