Hi, we're Astro, an artificial intelligence company in Palo Alto, bringing AI to workplace communications, starting with email.
We provide an intelligent email and calendar app for Mac, iOS and Android, and added integrations with Slack and Amazon Alexa. We have worked together at various companies as co-founders, VP of engineering, chief architect and founding engineers, with multiple successful outcomes. Our experience ranges from starting companies, to Google, LinkedIn, VMware, Microsoft, Zimbra and Stanford University. At Astro, we're excited to leverage advancements in AI to improve email and help people and teams focus on what's most important.
Our Series A was led by Redpoint Ventures, and joined by Harrison Metal, Aspect Ventures and Upside Partnership.
