Donald A. Borror, Doug Borror’s Father, began building homes in Columbus, Ohio in 1952. Don knew that the strategic purchase of land was crucial to the growth and development of what is now the second largest city in the Midwest! Don established a reputation for being able to expertly evaluate tracts of land, build excellent places to live, and complete each deal with the utmost integrity. Don Borror passed away in 2006 but his legacy of integrity and his commitment to quality live on at BORROR today.
Today, BORROR is a privately held real estate, development, and property management company that strives to make Columbus, Ohio a great place to call home. This is accomplished through urban development, construction, and management of apartment communities throughout Central Ohio. The Company operates on the consistent durable principles our founder established more than 70 years ago by offering our customers well maintained places to live in the best locations, with unprecedented customer service.
