PRIVASIA Technology Bhd (PTB) was incorporated in Malaysia on 14 July 2008 as a private limited company under the name of Informinat Sdn Bhd. Subsequently, on 22nd September 2008, the Company changed its name to PRIVASIA Technology Sdn Bhd. It was converted into a public limited company and subsequently assumed its present name on 23 January 2009. The company was listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities in May 2009.
The company operates through following segments: Outsourcing and consulting, eProcurement, Information and Communication Technologies Distribution, Information and Communication Technologies Services, Satellite-based network services, and Radio Network Optimisation Services.
Today, the Group is a leading ICT and business process outsourcing player in Malaysia, with established clientele including market leaders in the logistics, education, finance, manufacturing, and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sectors.
