Antheus Capital is a private real estate company focused on the acquisition, development and redevelopment of apartment properties in select supply-constrained submarkets located throughout the United States. The company was founded in 2002 by Eli Ungar and David Gefsky. Today the portfolio consists of approximately 7,000 units and 400,000 square feet of commercial space.
