Silva-Markham Partners is ending 2018 with 40 properties, reflecting approximately 2,100 apartment units under our property management. We started only with 3 properties in December of 2014, it has been a great 4 years journey. We now have close to 60 employees, and we thrive to keep a great and safe work environment. Denver is facing one of the lowest unemployment in decades, making new hires very challenging. However, our personnel have been willing to wear many hats and do their jobs, and more. We are very proud of our current staff.
Of course, there will be always disgruntled employees that will dislike this and that from our company, and will never be happy no matter what, but the large amount of our employees are happy at their jobs. They also know that a small and relatively new company like ours, has plenty of room for advancement as we continue to grow in the State of Colorado.
