KNIPEX Tools LP (KTLP) was established in 2004 as the the North American subsidiary of KNIPEX-Werk, a private fourth-generation family company with roots dating back to 1882. KNIPEX-Werk is the world's leading manufacturer of professional pliers known for offering over 1500 styles & sizes of pliers, serving a variety of industries from automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
Now the largest subsidiary of the KNIPEX-Werk organization, the KTLP headquarters is in the Chicago suburb of Buffalo Grove, IL and houses not only the distribution center for all of North America but the marketing, sales, accounting, human resources, customer service, supply chain and operations teams. KNIPEX Tools has quickly grown and seen much success. The achievements of our company is attributed to the fantastic people that choose to work here every day.
