Basemakers helps build brands by driving higher sales velocity in retailers through elite merchandising and field sales. We are a field sales and merchandising company with over one million visits conducted on behalf of over 200 brand partners. We cover thousands of retail grocery stores, helping shape the future of the category sets with our retailer partners by deploying our highly trained sales professionals.
In 2013, Max Baumann (our CEO) was looking for an effective yet affordable merchandising solution for his beverage brand, Just Chill. Unable to find a high-quality option, he and another brand owner decided to team up and solve the problem on their own. Their solution launched in February of 2015 in the form of Basemakers: a premier merchandising and field sales company.
An initial vision of building a strong team of sales and merchandising professionals is what led us to working with our first 150+ brand partners, three times securing a spot on INC's List of the 500 Fastest Growing Companies In America. We know that in order for both our current and future clients to grow with us, we need to be the best at what we do. It's for this reason that we aspire to be known as the most elite sales team in the food and beverage industry.
