Description EpicPay (formerly Spectrum Merchant Services) was established in 2001. As a debt-free privately held company, our management team has over 60 years of experience in the electronic payment industry. We are a Direct Wholesale Registered ISO with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and American Express. The entire sales and support process is managed internally. From underwriting and risk management, to terminal deployment, technical support and customer service, we handle it all in-house.
We relocated our corporate office from California to Texas in the summer of 2013. Now headquartered just north of Dallas in one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, we are better positioned to serve our merchants and remain at the forefront of payment processing.
After the move principals Marco Leardini and David Rounds announced a new company name effective January 1, 2014: EpicPay. It was a natural next step completing the organization’s focused transition.
