Flux’s founders were early employees at FreeWheel, who led Product, Services/Business Operations, and Engineering teams. During their tenure, FreeWheel grew from ~25 to 1,000+ employees leading to acquisition by Comcast. Having seen the challenges of growing and maintaining a competitive workforce firsthand, we have set out to create a better solution for intelligently managing resourcing in high-growth and Enterprise companies.
