Since its founding in 1989, Prime Group has grown to be a leading real estate equity, debt, investment, and operating platform. Prime Residential
Prime Residential is one of the largest privately held owner-operators of quality multifamily communities in the Western United States, with a current portfolio of over 17,000 apartments and townhomes in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
Over three decades, Prime’s emphasis has been on providing comfortable and enjoyable homes as well as best-in-class resident experiences. Prime Finance was founded in 2008 and has grown to be one of the nation’s premier direct private real estate lending organizations. Over the past ten years, Prime Finance has originated over 600 loans totaling over $18 billion on commercial properties in the US. Prime Finance also invests in subordinated CMBS securities referred to as B-Pieces.
