Description Our President and Co-founder, Rob Moyer, graduated from Ohio University as an MIS Major. He realized through his studies he didn’t want to be in Information Technology, rather he wanted to bridge the gap between that technology and big business solutions. He spent the next 10 years learning the ins and outs of the staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to pursuing his dream of being an entrepreneur, he supported a national sales division focused on IT solutions.
Our CEO and Founder, Alan Kutasy, also graduated from Ohio University with an ITS degree and launched his career in the IT industry as a recruiter and then account executive. He was responsible for growing existing accounts and establishing new relationships locally throughout Columbus, OH. His experience led him to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina to serve as a Director of Enterprise Accounts where he built and managed a team of sales and recruiters serving the financial services industry.
Alan and Rob were introduced through mutual connections about 5 years ago and formed a business relationship staying in touch quarterly to discuss their journeys, struggles, and ideas. Through these meetings, they realized the staffing industry was jaded and they could do things differently. They wanted to focus on quality, not quantity while building genuine relationships in their community. Therefore, Agility Partners was founded in February 2017 and they haven’t looked back since.
