At Wescom, we value and rely on the unique talents of our team members who contribute to support one another in achieving personal fulfillment and helping our members build better lives. If we are not serving a member, we are serving a team member who is. We have been recognized among Forbes 2020 Best In-State Credit Unions, 2021 Readers Choice Credit Union, and several county-specific recognitions to name a few. This year as an organization we launched the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Committee and Council. At Wescom, everyone has a seat at the table. The DEIB Committee and Council will be setting the foundation for an even more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging culture at Wescom. They will be participating in meet-and-greets, listening circles, DEIB foundational training, and much more to form the DEIB initiatives at Wescom.

Wescom Foundation
Wescom is more than banking – we are a network of members and employees dedicated to making Southern California a better place for all. The Wescom Foundation works to improve the lives of Southern Californians by supporting community-based organizations through strategic grant making and community engagement. The Wescom Foundation’s grant making focuses on the following areas: Critical Human Needs, Financial Wellness, and Disaster Response.
In addition, the Wescom Foundation focuses on identifying and sponsoring volunteer opportunities for employees as well as providing a vehicle for tax-deductible non-profit organization contributions through payroll deductions. These contributions are, in turn, matched dollar for dollar by Wescom Credit Union. Since its founding, the Wescom Foundation has selected a number of non-profit organizations to sponsor throughout the year.
