SaddleBrooke - SaddleBrooke Development Company, a Robson Company, purchased land for this Robson Resort Community north of Tucson in 1986. SaddleBrooke has two clubhouses, 45 holes of golf, creative arts studios, fitness centers, tennis centers and other amenities including the DesertView Performing Arts and Sports Complex. The MountainView area of SaddleBrooke sold out in 2020. The Preserve at SaddleBrooke - The Preserve at SaddleBrooke consists of a limited number of exclusive homesites located adjacent to the Catalina Mountains. The Preserve includes an 18-hole championship golf course and a clubhouse and restaurant. In addition to the luxurious amenities of The Preserve at SaddleBrooke, residents of The Preserve enjoy access to the clubs and recreational amenities of the SaddleBrooke community. PebbleCreek - In January of 1993, PebbleCreek Properties Limited Partnership, a Robson Company, opened Robson’s fourth Robson Resort Community in Goodyear. Located approximately 17 miles west of Phoenix, PebbleCreek has already sold more than 5,000 homes. Amenities include championship golf, tennis, swimming, creative arts studios and two clubhouses with fine dining, ballroom, library and fitness. An additional 1,600 acres were purchased in 1998. This area features PebbleCreek’s Tuscany Falls golf course, a pro shop, restaurant & lounge and Tuscany Clubhouse. PebbleCreek added additional amenities in 2008 including a new Sports and Aquatics Complex, featuring an indoor and outdoor pool complex, state-of-the-art fitness center, bistro/lounge, tennis, Pickleball and bocce ball courts, and snack bar. In 2015, additional amenities were added including 12 Pickleball courts bringing the community total to 20, a new dog park, fitness studios and two additional tennis courts.
Quail Creek - In southern Arizona, Robson Ranch Quail Creek, LLC acquired the Quail Creek property in the summer of 1999. Located in the Green Valley area in the Town of Sahuarita, Quail Creek has sold more than 2,500 homes. Comprised of approximately 2,500 acres, Quail Creek features championship golf courses, tennis courts, outdoor resort-style pools and a lap pool, fitness center, on-site restaurant, bocce ball courts, a fully stocked pro shop and a Pickleball complex with 16 courts, a ramada and restrooms. Quail Creek also has a Creative Arts & Technology Center. The Madera Clubhouse overlooks the driving range and showcases a grand ballroom/auditorium, lounge and bar area, billiards and multi-purpose activity rooms. The community restaurant, The Grill at Quail Creek, was expanded in 2019 to include an expanded outdoor covered patio, new bar area, a boardroom and private dining room.
Robson Ranch Texas – After many years of extensive research and feasibility studies in the Texas market, Robson Denton Development, LP opened a Robson Resort Community in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in May 2001. Robson Ranch Texas, located in Denton, is approximately 2,700 acres. Amenities at Robson Ranch include the 18-hole championship Wildhorse Golf Club, which added a second nine-hole golf course in 2019 and the Cimmaron Sports Club that features indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools and saunas, tennis and Pickleball courts, multi-purpose gymnasium, fitness center, men’s and women’s lockers, multi-purpose rooms and salon services. A clubhouse was added in 2006 featuring a ballroom/auditorium with a stage, multi-purpose activity rooms and a catering kitchen. A Creative Arts Center was built in 2008 and includes a library and technology room. The Pinnacle Fitness Center opened in 2018 and offers the latest cardio equipment with a lounge area.
Robson Ranch Arizona - With Sun Lakes sold out in 2005, Robson Ranch Arizona meets the housing demand for active adults in the greater Phoenix area. The location, in the Eloy/Casa Grande area, was selected for its proximity to both Phoenix and Tucson. The community offers superb recreational amenities, such as the Robson Ranch Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole championship golf course, pro shop, restaurant and lounge and practice facility. The Sports Club opened in 2007 showcasing an outdoor pool complex, indoor pool, fitness center including cardio and weight machines, dance/exercise room, stadium tennis courts, and softball field. The Ranch House Clubhouse opened in winter 2014, showcasing the Hermosa ballroom/auditorium with stage, two multi-purpose rooms, a TV Lounge/coffee bar, the Hideaway Billiards room and a private dining option. The Creative Arts & Technology Center at Robson Ranch was expanded in 2018.
SaddleBrooke Ranch - SaddleBrooke Ranch, the newest Robson Resort Community, is developed by Robson Ranch Mountains, LLC and is situated north of Tucson. The community includes an 18-hole championship golf course and the La Hacienda Club, a sports, aquatics and fitness club with indoor and outdoor pools, billiards, a yoga/dance/fitness room, a bistro/lounge, multi-purpose rooms and spa and salon facilities. The Ranch House, a well-appointed clubhouse, features a ballroom/auditorium and stage, the Ranch House Grill & Brewery, private dining room, a fireside lounge area and event lawn. The Creative Arts Center features several fully equipped rooms. A casual dining option, Ed’s Dogs, opened in 2020 with outdoor covered seating. SaddleBrooke Ranch also features six-lighted tennis courts, four bocce ball courts, a dog park and walking trails.
Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes - In August 2000, the first Robson Luxury Senior Community, was built in Sun Lakes and opened with 180 independent living apartment homes. In 2006, a second phase offering 148 more luxury apartments was added. Amenities include a restaurant, heated swimming pool, putting course, fitness center, beauty salon and barbershop, a pub, billiards room, and activity/meeting rooms. In 2016, an additional building opened to provide 78 assisted living units and 28 memory care units.
Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek – In 2019, the second Robson Luxury Senior Community, Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek, opened with 224 senior residences; 129 independent living and 95 assisted living. The three-story, nearly 337,000 square-foot community features a theatre, internet café, bar and lounge, art gallery, game room, resort-style pool, fitness center, a full service salon, bark park, and exceptional dining. In addition, Robson Reserve at PebbleCreek provides a robust activity program including on and off-site events and activities for its residents.
