Holladay Park Plaza has been serving Portland-area seniors since 1967. It was conceptualized in 1963 when the Presbytery of the Cascades partnered with the Lloyd Corporation to build a continuing care retirement community in the Lloyd District near downtown Portland. The community, which came to be called Holladay Park Plaza, was designed to serve residents who desired a vibrant, urban lifestyle. Holladay Park Plaza is a proud member of the Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) family of 14 Life Plan Communities dedicated to providing housing and comprehensive support to more than 5,000 seniors in six states.

At the Center for Social Dynamics (CSD), we open a world of possibilities for individuals with developmental delays, including autism, across multiple states. Through our virtual services, we are able to extend high-quality care and support wherever our clients need us, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for families in diverse settings. Founded in 2012, CSD is dedicated to delivering personalized, family-centered, and culturally sensitive treatment. By prioritizing evidence-based practices, we strive to achieve positive outcomes that enrich the lives of individuals with autism in our home communities and beyond. Our multidisciplinary team integrates behavior analysis, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and psychological services to provide innovative, individualized diagnostic and therapy solutions. Mirabella Portland

Mirabella Portland is a proud member of the Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) family of 14 Life Plan Communities dedicated to providing housing and comprehensive support to more than 5,000 seniors in six states. First incorporated in 2007, and opened to residents in 2010, Mirabella Portland was the second Mirabella-brand Life Plan Community developed by PRS. It was designed as a senior-living community where people could make the next chapters of their lives the best chapters of their lives—where age is just a number, and not something that defines who one is or how one feels. As a not-for-profit organization, all of Mirabella’s funds exceeding operational expenses are reinvested directly into the community. Because there are no shareholders or investors with profit expectations, Mirabella can effectively utilize its funds to enhance the lives of residents by introducing new programs and expanding services.
