Description Pathways, a Bay Area not-for-profit, has been at the forefront of care at home since 1977. Pathways helps prevent hundreds of hospitalizations a year by providing nursing care, rehabilitation therapy, and other services patients need to help meet their goals:

• HOME HEALTH. Pathways provides hands-on care, as well as teaching patients and caregivers how to manage care independently at home.
• HOSPICE. Pathways delivers holistic medical, nursing, spiritual, emotional, and personal care to people approaching the end of life and their families.

Pathways is looking great against some of our competitors and against the national average. Pathways, acknowledged five Pathways Veterans for their service to our country during a special Veteran Pinning ceremony. The pin was offered in gratitude for the sacrifices these five men and women made as members of the United States Armed Forces. Barbara Burgess, CEO, US Air Force, pinned each Veteran and Pastor Bill McCorquodale, US Navy, honored those who died on active military service with a special tribute and moment of silence. The ceremony was deeply moving and very much appreciated by all participants....Show more
