As a service disabled veteran-owned small business, we are committed to assisting Service Members and their families establish a second chapter of their lives that they deserve after serving this nation. As a HUBZone company, we leverage our relationship with military communities to help those that are struggling economically. Many of these communities “outside the gates” of our military installations are HUBZones that often suffer economically based on the policies of the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. We bring the talent of the community, the dedication of the military and the experience of the veteran together to create a workforce of strength and solutions that work. Our work is at the intersection of IT and human capital and we are dedicated to solutions that provide real impact to people.

In 2017 Blue Rose was founded from a vision to make the impossible possible. Not just an idea, but something that we have experienced at the unique intersection of human and IT. Our leadership was involved at the early stages of creating web-based measurement tools to enhance the performance of government, private sector, and nonprofit organizations. We were and are obsessed with the notion of making life better for people using targeted technology with a human touch.
