Mission Going the extra mile to connect the right talent with the right opportunity.
Description Growing up, Mark Morton would spend countless hours at his grandfather’s local hardware store. He realized that truly listening to each customer and their unique needs was the best way to make the customer happy and keep them coming back time and time again. This deep caring about relationships is what inspired him to start Morton. Mark wanted to create a company that treated people like people, not like numbers on a bottom line. A company founded on the principles of putting people first. Because no matter what business you’re in, treating people right is always the right thing to do.
So, in 2006, Mark set out to start an IT staffing firm that was unique. One where both clients and job seekers could find the exact right fit for their needs; all while adhering to the principles of commitment, honesty, professionalism, and respect. That’s exactly what Morton has been delivering to our business partners for over a decade.
