Mission To be the best thoroughbred horse racing organization by providing outstanding experiences with commitment to integrity, safety, continuous improvement and the stewardship of our sport.
Description Founded in 1955, the New York Racing Association (NYRA) is among the leading thoroughbred racing organizations in the U.S.

We operate year-round at three of the finest, most storied tracks in the country: Belmont Park, Aqueduct Racetrack and Saratoga Race Course. What connects us is a rock-solid commitment to creating the best racing product, the best experience possible for our guests and the best business practices in the industry. Connecting us further is a profound respect for our sport, enormous pride in what we do and our responsibility as an industry role model.

By joining our team, you would become part of a rich tradition of thoroughbred horse racing. NYRA is the cornerstone of New York State’s thoroughbred industry, which is responsible for more than 19,000 jobs and more than $3 billion in annual economic impact to the state.
