Asterra is a people-first commercial real estate firm that was founded in 2008 in Austin, Texas by Lucian Morehead and Andrew Karr. The company began with a simple vision: to build a firm where relationships and quality service come first. Starting as a two-person operation, Asterra has since grown into a team of forty dedicated professionals (and counting). Even as we’ve expanded, we remain deeply rooted in the Central Texas community and have extended our reach to serve clients across the region and beyond.
